The Kohte roof cap XL has been designed to seal the top of a Kohte completely to prevent the driving wind and rain that we get in the UK and Eire from getting in to the tent. The extra length all round allows the cap to overlap the top of the tent without fear that the wind can push it inwards. The cap can't be unwrapped for ventilation or to allow smoke to escape when you have a small fire inside, so don't!
Guy ropes are attached to each corner and go down the slope of the Kohte so there are still no ropes that can be tripped over.
